Made in the USA Since 1957
Copper State Rubber has been building hoses in the United States since 1957. Every hose we manufacture is produced at our own facilities, with direct oversight over materials, construction, and quality at every stage.
That is not the norm in the oilfield hose industry. Much of what is sold in the US market today is manufactured overseas and imported. The difference matters, particularly when delivery timelines, quality traceability, and post-sale support are part of the decision.
What Domestic Manufacturing Means in Practice
When a hose is manufactured in the US by the company selling it, a few things follow directly:
Shorter lead times. Orders are not waiting on international shipping or customs clearance.
Direct quality control. There is no third-party manufacturer between the order and the product.
Single point of accountability. If a question comes up about materials, specifications, or performance, you are talking to the people who built it.
Support during and after the order. Our team in Houston is available during US business hours throughout the lifecycle of your order.
Where We Manufacture
Copper State Rubber operates out of two US facilities:
Houston, Texas: our main sales, distribution, and assembly operation, located at 14141 South Wayside Drive
Avondale, Arizona: our manufacturing facility, located at 10485 W Roosevelt Street
Both facilities operate under our ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 certified quality management system.
A Record of Firsts
Copper State Rubber was the first American manufacturer to introduce the Super Choke & Kill hose operating at 15,000 PSI and tested to 22,500 PSI. We also qualified the first Rotary/Vibrator hose with a 6-inch full flow ID operating at 7,500 PSI, tested to 15,000 PSI, meeting API 7K FSL1 and FSL2 requirements.
These are not distributor achievements. They require a manufacturer with the engineering capability and quality infrastructure to design, build, and certify products to API standards from the ground up.
